Ridge Point is a small pocket on the northern side of Foothill Farms, sitting between Kirkland Place to its west and the large Hillsdale core to the south. Like its neighbors, it is built out in the single-story tract housing of the 1960s and 1970s on compact lots, set back from the community's main arterials near the northern edge toward Antelope. There is little that sets it apart from the surrounding grid: modest, affordable homes, the neighborhood-park level of open space, and the mixed upkeep and safety profile that come with an older north-county tract area. Twin Rivers Unified runs the schools. It is a quiet, low-cost corner rather than a destination address, and it is honest to price it that way.
