It reaches toward the Village on its east edge and the Fair Oaks Boulevard corridor, so shops and the historic core are close. The location is the strength: you are near the Village and the arterial without paying for a bluff or large-lot address. The tradeoffs are age and mix, with 1950s houses that often need work and attached units that give some streets a denser, less uniform feel than the custom-lot pockets to the east.
