Del Dayo Estates is a compact enclave wedged between Wilhaggin and Arden Park, close enough to the American River that the Parkway reads as a genuine amenity rather than a distant one. The homes are substantial, set on wide lots with the same mature tree cover that defines this southeastern corner of Arden-Arcade. It carries the well-kept feel of its bigger neighbors without quite the acreage of the top estate streets, which tends to make it a slightly more attainable way into the river-adjacent tier. Fair Oaks Boulevard handles the shopping and the drive toward Carmichael. Being small and interior, it has no commercial life of its own and leans entirely on the surrounding boulevards, but that is the point: a residential pocket that trades on trees, lot size, and proximity to the river.
