Country Creek Estates runs along the southeast side of the community, between the Wildhawk pockets and the more open eastern country. The name fits the setting: this is subdivision housing that sits near the low creek ground threading the south end of the CDP, with single-family homes on standard-to-larger lots built through the late 1990s and 2000s. The blocks are quiet and consistently kept, and the position on the edge of the built-up core means a little more elbow room than the tighter central tracts. The WildHawk course and the Wildhawk parks are a short drive, and Gerber and Bradshaw handle the shopping runs. What you give up is walkable retail and quick freeway access, both of which mean a drive from here, and the summer heat on the open valley floor is a constant. Country Creek Estates works as a calm, slightly roomier alternative to the denser Wildhawk blocks, still close enough to the golf community to share its rhythm.
