Tucked between Bellview, Park Hills Estates, and Country Club Estates Addition, Bohemian is a small interior tract in the northwest of Arden-Arcade. The housing is midcentury single-family, on ordinary lots, with no commercial frontage inside the pocket. Daily needs run out to Fulton Avenue and the nearby boulevards, and there is no park or trail within the neighborhood itself. Its draw is the plain one of a low-traffic block at an accessible price, central to the community but well away from the river and the estate ground to the south.
