Its west-side position places it near the older, river-facing part of Folsom and the Lake Natoma corridor beyond, with everyday shopping reached by a short drive to the surrounding arterials. For a neighborhood this small, the appeal is simply being a quiet, settled enclave inside one of the region's most consistently well-kept cities.
